True Rafters

Designed For Appearance

Braces and end boards on LVG vinyl gazebos are solid Poly Lumber versus widely used Perma Trim. Poly Lumber is a high-density polyethylene product. Perma Trim is made of Polyvinyl chloride outer skin with a wood like cellular core. Braces are 2 x 8 or 2 x 10 (Queen Anne) vinyl post and rails have pressure treated inserts.

Clean Floor Design

Post notching system and base design allows post to unite into base for a very solid fit and strength second to none. This system allows a floor design with very minimum amount of screws in the floor for a nice, clean appearance. LVG offers 5/4 x 6 composite decking called Moisture Shield, which is manufactured by Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. and composed of recycled plastic and wood chips. Moisture Shield does not conduct static electricity is splinter free and slip resistant, wet or dry. It carries a lifetime warranty and is available in 5 colors.
